3550 Main Street is a 20,000 square foot medical office building located adjacent to 3500 Main Street (American Red Cross), at the corner of Wason Avenue and Main Street, at the heart of Springfield's North End medical office community.

This building is currently under construction and consists of the conversion of the historic Wason Trolly Manufacturing Building to 20,000 square feet of first-class medical office space on two floors. The building will be completed and ready for occupancy in January 2002. Valley Medical Associates and NovaCare Rehabilitation willl take occupancy of the first floor of this building in January 2002. There is currently 10,000 square feet available for lease on the second floor of this building.
